Who do you work with?I primarily work with women in high-stress careers, especially those in healthcare and caregiving professions/roles, who are navigating burnout, self-doubt, and personal growth. My approach is designed to help women reclaim their energy, set boundaries, and flourish! That said, I welcome anyone who resonates with my work! While my group programs and workshops are women-centered, 1:1 coaching and counseling are open to anyone who aligns with my mission and approach. If you’re unsure whether we’d be a good fit, I’d be happy to chat during a complimentary 15-minute call!

What is the difference between counseling and coaching?Counseling focuses on mental health concerns, past experiences, and emotional healing. Coaching is more goal-oriented, focusing on present and future challenges, accountability, and personal development. If you’re unsure which is best for you, I’m happy to help you decide during a complimentary 15-minute call!

What is the biweekly love letter to overworked, big-hearted, and soul-searching women?My biweekly love letter is your break for humor, reflection, goofiness, and romanticizing your life again. It’s a space to nurture the wildflower within you and reconnect with yourself beyond the daily grind. Each letter is a little different, because I believe in mixing things up! Some weeks, you’ll get a thought-provoking reflection; other weeks, a poem, artwork, music, or even a video to spark inspiration. Expect mindset shifts that challenge the status quo, empowering words to stoke your confidence, and thought-provoking pieces that nourish your mind and spirit. And because healing isn’t just about quiet reflection, every edition ends with a hype party, lifting you from burnout into full bloom, like the wildflower you are.

Is what I share in counseling sessions confidential?Yes! Your privacy is my top priority. Everything discussed in counseling is confidential, except in cases where I am legally required to report (such as harm to yourself or identifiable others, or concerns about known abuse).

How do group coaching and webinars work?Group coaching provides a supportive space to work on self-care, boundaries, and burnout recovery with like-minded women. Webinars are educational sessions focused on burnout prevention, stress management, and personal empowerment. You can check upcoming events on my services page!

Do you offer sliding scale rates?I offer a limited number of reduced-fee slots for individual counseling based on financial need. Please reach out to discuss availability.

What is your cancellation policy?To ensure fairness to both you and others seeking services, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your individual counseling or 1:1 coaching session. Late Cancellations: Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a full charge for the session. Extraordinary Circumstances: In cases of emergencies (such as illness, car accidents, or family emergencies), please reach out as soon as possible. I will review each situation individually and may consider waiving the cancellation fee, but a refund is not guaranteed.
